How we handle your information
Land & Soul is a founder-led travel service. We keep things simple and personal — and that extends to how we treat your information.
What we collect
When you reach out — through the conversation form, the scheduler, or by email — we collect the details you choose to share: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about the journey you have in mind. We may also receive technical details such as your browser type if you visit our website.
How we use it
We use your information solely to design and arrange your journey, to respond to your questions, and to keep in touch about the trips we are planning together. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Your details are held by Land & Soul and, where needed to deliver your journey, shared selectively with the partners and providers who help make it happen — for example a local guide, driver, or accommodation. We share only what is necessary, and only with the people involved in your trip.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are actively planning a journey with you, and afterwards only as needed to complete the trip and handle any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Simply reach out and we will respond promptly. We will never contact you for marketing unless you ask us to.
Third-party tools
We use Calendly to help schedule conversations and may use other trusted services to support your journey. These providers have their own policies, and we encourage you to review them. Links to external services always open in a new tab.
